The OB5000 is MRC’s latest generation of radio platforms designed to address the OB high capacity data thru put requirements for portable microwave links in support of outside broadcast two box applications. It is compatible with MRC’s existing Strata RF Head and supplies the necessary control and baseband feature set expansion required to support the next generation of applications. The OB5000 is a good product choice for the simultaneous distribution of high definition (HD) and standard definition (SD) high data rate signals for contribution applications from the field that requires a quick deployment.
